- Practice & Proof of Skill: Build modern practice environments—including AI-driven roleplay scenarios (Hyperbound), call intelligence analysis (Gong), hands-on discovery simulations, and rigorous certification milestones testing real-world execution over recall.
- Baseline Assessments & Personalized Coaching: Design post-onboarding skill baselines and individual gap readouts for new hires and frontline managers to drive targeted, just-in-time enablement and continuous skill development.

- We are a remote-first company and work happens across many time-zones - you may be required to occasionally perform duties outside your standard working hours.
By Day 90, you will have launched a refreshed onboarding path for a priority role and piloted a new baseline assessment model.
