The CPM Team

Advise fast growing companies and well-known enterprises (both publicly traded and privately held) on a wide variety of transformational corporate performance management (CPM) projects leveraging market leading tools including OneStream XF.  Team with leaders from across the organization to provide fully integrated services to support clients in the office of the CFO, CAO, and CIO.

You Are

You are a team-builder and problem-solver. You stay updated on new products and technologies. You know that collaboration is key, so you look for ways to share and source best practices. If there’s a new way to do something that improves outcomes for clients, you’ll find it.

Your Impact

• As a Director, you will be responsible for leading OneStream engagements, working with finance leadership of commercial companies to execute on large, complex engagements that identify, design, and implement creative business and technology solutions.
• Participate in strategic practice growth initiatives, including the development of service offerings, geographic expansion, industry specialization, recruitment, retention and development of team members.
• Lead business development efforts across all stages (market analysis, client sourcing, relationship building, proposal development, oral presentations).
• Build and maintain meaningful relationships with clients at all levels that are based on integrity and trust.
• Contribute perspectives on the implications of market trends such as data and digital transformation, emerging technology, macro-economic trends, regulatory demands.
• Facilitate client working sessions ranging from executive and board level meetings to large group presentations and requirements gathering exercises.
• Leverage a “roll-up your sleeves” style to develop and execute against clients’ strategic initiatives.
• Manage and coach project teams to deliver complex engagements.
• Develop and manage the performance of junior team members through active coaching, feedback and mentorship.

At a minimum, you will have:

• 8+ years of direct, full life cycle OneStream XF implementation experience (or 4 years of OneStream XF and 4 years of Oracle EPM experience).
• Tier 1 or Tier 2 consulting experience.
• Demonstrated track record achieving business development targets by growing existing accounts and penetrating new accounts.

• Experience with data transformations, interfaces/integrations, reporting, and customizations.
• Experience with FX conversions, intercompany eliminations, and allocations.

The Kind of Person Who Thrives in This Role:

We are not looking for someone who fits neatly into a single box. The ideal candidate is a “bridger”—someone who can move fluidly between a technical deep dive and an executive conversation. Specifically:

• You’re a builder, not just an analyst. When you see a gap in a process or a tool, your instinct is to prototype something—a script, a template, a dashboard, not just write a slide about it.
• You’re curious about “why” and “so what.” You don’t just want to understand how a transformer model works; you want to understand what that means for how organizations should govern and secure it.
• You write well. A significant portion of this role involves producing written work—reports, frameworks, articles—and clarity of writing is non-negotiable.
• You’re comfortable being the least experienced person in the room. You’ll be in meetings with CFOs, CAOs, CIOs, and senior partners. You need the confidence to contribute and the humility to learn.

What We Offer

• Accelerated growth trajectory: You’ll be helping to build a practice alongside senior leadership.
• Investment in your learning: Budget for certifications, training programs, and conference attendance.
• Client diversity: Work across industries and with organizations at different stages of AI maturity—from Fortune 500 companies to mid-market firms navigating their first AI initiatives.
