As an Oracle EPM - Senior Associate, you will be at the forefront of delivering strategic solutions within our Technology Consulting practice. You will engage with clients to address complex business challenges, leveraging your skills to provide insights and drive impactful outcomes. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and developing a deeper understanding of the business context. You will guide and mentor others, navigating increasingly complex situations to grow your personal brand and deepen your technical skills.

Responsibilities
- Analyzing complex business issues and developing strategic solutions using Oracle Enterprise Performance Management tools
- Managing client support workstreams to deliver premium services that enhance process quality and delivery capability
- Utilizing business process analysis and financial forecasting to optimize client engagements and drive profitability management
- Developing and implementing business rules and performance management software to improve operational performance
- Creating budgets and rolling forecasts to support financial planning and resource allocation
- Conducting process root cause analysis to identify opportunities for organizational restructuring and effectiveness
- Building and maintaining quality relationships with clients through straightforward communication and adaptability
- Reviewing work for accuracy and relevance, confirming alignment with regulatory guidelines and the firm's code of ethics
- Embracing change and demonstrating intellectual curiosity to leverage Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition for insights generation
- Guiding and mentoring junior team members to foster growth and deliver results in diverse environments
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Accounting & Finance, Finance, Management Information Systems, Economics, Business Administration/Management
- At least one of the following: Oracle Cloud certification in Enterprise Performance Management or related Oracle EPM Cloud applications
- Demonstrating proficiency in Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE)
- Utilizing skills in Planning Budgeting and Forecasting (PBF)
- Excelling in Business Process Analysis and Business Rules Development
- Leveraging experience in Financial Planning and Financial Forecasting
- Applying knowledge of Operational Performance Management (OPM) and Resource Allocation
