5–9 years of experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM with strong focus on Compensation and Benefits
Analyze business requirements, map to Oracle HCM functionality, and identify fit/gaps with recommended solutions
Lead end-to-end implementation of Compensation and Benefits modules including configuration and deployment
Configure compensation plans, salary structures, bonus and incentive programs
Support compensation cycles including merit, bonus, promotions, and adjustments
Design and configure benefit plans, program structures, eligibility, rates, coverage, and life event processing
Manage dependent/beneficiary setups, enrollment workflows, open enrollment, and qualifying life events
Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to translate compensation and benefits strategies into system configurations
Conduct client workshops, demos, and training sessions, showcasing solution value
Ensure compliance with regional regulations and organizational policies
Support design and validation of reports, interfaces, data conversions, and extensions
Perform system testing, validate configurations, and resolve implementation issues across project phases
Develop user documentation and support training activities
Work closely with cross-functional and global teams to deliver high-quality implementations
Manage offshore coordination and contribute to client discussions and solutioning
Strong experience in Oracle HCM Global HR, workflows, security, and OTBI reporting
Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
Bachelor’s degree or MBA (HRMS preferred) with exposure to Agile or iterative delivery methodologies
