As an Oracle SCM - Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in delivering client-focused solutions within our Technology Consulting practice. You will leverage your skills in Oracle Cloud implementations, guiding clients through supply chain business processes and system configurations. Your expertise in Planning, Manufacturing, and Product Lifecycle Management modules will be instrumental in transforming business requirements into actionable system setups, providing diverse perspectives and innovative solutions.

As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and managing complex projects. You will navigate ambiguity, anticipate client needs, and mentor junior team members, fostering a collaborative environment. Your role will involve analyzing complex concepts and maintaining professional standards, contributing to the firm's overall business strategies. You will develop a deeper understanding of the business context, using critical thinking to deliver quality work and grow your personal brand.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will act as a domain expert, providing best-practice guidance and leading end-to-end implementations in Oracle Cloud. Your exposure to frameworks like SCOR and APQC, along with IoT applications, will enhance your ability to deliver impactful solutions in supply chain management.

Responsibilities

- Leading Oracle Cloud supply chain implementations, focusing on Planning Central, Inventory, and Costing modules
- Acting as a domain specialist, providing guidance on best practices for supply chain business processes
- Translating business requirements into system configurations within Oracle Cloud supply chain modules
- Managing end-to-end implementations in Oracle Cloud, including discrete and process manufacturing
- Utilizing Oracle Agile Product Lifecycle Management for product development and lifecycle management
- Overseeing Oracle Transport Management and Global Trade Management module implementations
- Applying knowledge of contract manufacturing and outside processing to optimize supply chain operations
- Leveraging IoT Production Monitoring and Asset Monitoring applications to enhance operational efficiency
- Coordinating with teams to deliver Oracle Cloud solutions that align with client needs and objectives
- Developing data-driven insights to support supply chain transformation and performance improvement

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration/Management, Management Information Systems

Knowledge on any one module - Costing/Order Management/PDH/PLM/Planning/Manufacturing
- At least one of the following: Oracle Cloud certification in Supply Chain Management or related Oracle SCM Cloud applications
- Demonstrating experience with Oracle Agile Product Lifecycle Management (PLM)
- Utilizing Oracle Manufacturing Cloud for process optimization
- Implementing Oracle Warehouse Management System (WMS) solutions
- Leveraging data-driven insights for supply chain transformation
- Managing complex Oracle E-Business Suite implementations
