## **ABOUT RETELL AI**
Retell AI is using first-principles thinking to reimagine the call center with cutting-edge voice AI. Thousands of companies now use Retell's AI voice agents to handle sales, support, and logistics calls that once required large teams of human agents. Backed by Y Combinator, Alt Capital, and other leading investors, we've scaled to $80M in ARR with a team of 50, up from $5M at the start of 2025, and are now valued at over $1.5B.
Our vision for 2026 is to build a modern CX platform where entire contact centers are powered by AI. Instead of basic automation that needs constant human tuning, we're creating intelligent AI “workers” that act as frontline agents, QA analysts, and managers, continuously executing, monitoring, and improving every customer interaction.
We're growing fast and looking for ambitious builders who want to tackle hard technical problems, move quickly, and have a real impact on one of the fastest-growing voice AI companies in the world.
Let's build the future together.

## About the Role
We’re looking for a relentless outbound sourcer who approaches recruiting like a great SDR approaches pipeline.
This is not a passive recruiting or coordination role. Your job is to find exceptional candidates, get their attention, and consistently create qualified pipeline for Retell’s highest-priority roles.
You’ll use LinkedIn Recruiter, Juicebox, Ashby, automation, and creative research methods to reach candidates others miss. You’ll have clear weekly goals and will be measured by qualified candidates generated, response rates, conversion, and speed.
## What You’ll Do
- Build outbound pipelines for technical and go-to-market roles
- Consistently generate qualified candidates for recruiters and hiring managers
- Create targeted searches, talent maps, and personalized outreach campaigns
- Use Juicebox, LinkedIn Recruiter, Ashby, and automation to increase output
- Test messaging, channels, and search strategies to improve conversion
- Follow up persistently and find creative ways to engage difficult-to-reach candidates
- Track outreach, responses, conversions, and pipeline health
- Adjust quickly when a search or message is not producing results
- Keep candidate records and sourcing data accurate in Ashby
- Own results rather than waiting for direction
## What We’re Looking For
- At least two years of high-volume outbound sourcing, recruiting, executive search, agency recruiting, or SDR experience
- A track record of hitting measurable outreach or pipeline goals
- Strong candidate research and written outreach skills
- Comfort working with ambitious weekly activity and conversion targets
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter; Juicebox and Ashby experience is preferred
- High urgency, persistence, and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and change direction quickly
- Comfortable working full-time Pacific Time hours
## How Success Is Measured
- Qualified candidates added to priority pipelines
- Outreach response and conversion rates
- Speed in building pipeline for new roles
- Accuracy and organization in Ashby
- Consistent achievement of weekly sourcing goals
## Job Details
- This is a full-time, 1099 contractor position.
- The role can be **remote** if you are available to work Pacific Time hours, or onsite at our Redwood City office.
- Compensation ranges from approximately **$2,150–$4,250 USD per month.**
- Final compensation will depend on your experience and location.
