The Opportunity:
As a Clinical Instructor, you will serve as a core nursing professional guiding students to become certified Home Health Aides (HHAs), equipping them with essential skills and tools to deliver best-in-class care. Reporting to the clinical leadership team, you will lead the creation and execution of clinical skill training classes, partner directly with students during facility placements, and collaborate across teams to elevate our instructional curriculum.
A true player-coach, you are equally comfortable leading hands-on clinical instruction and collaborating on curriculum design. Data-driven and deeply empathetic, you have a passion for mentoring adults, a commitment to upholding clinical compliance, and the drive to deliver high-quality health outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
This is a Part-Time Hybrid opportunity based in Philadelphia, PA.
What you’ll work on:
Create and implement skill training classes: Design the structural framework for clinical sessions and execute hands-on training for students following their online instruction.
Collaborate with HHA students: Accompany, mentor, and support students during the in-person training components within long-term care facilities.
Develop additional learning modules: Partner with the broader clinical team to brainstorm, design, and launch supplemental modules that enhance student medical knowledge and clinical skills.
What success looks like:
Over your first 12 months, success in this role means successfully launching structured clinical training sessions that thoroughly prepare cohorts of HHA and CNA students to deliver top-tier, compassionate home care. You will have established a supportive framework to seamlessly guide students through their in-person clinical components. Furthermore, you will have partnered with the clinical team to expand and enrich our curriculum with new learning modules that measurably boost student skill attainment and medical knowledge.
What you’ll have:
Required Qualifications:
Valid and current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Pennsylvania.
Valid Driver's License in the state of PA.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to teach or mentor others.
Flexibility and availability to work select weekends as needed for clinical sessions.
Must reside or be willing to permanently relocate to the Greater Philadelphia Metropolitan Area area.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English.
Families First
Redefining healthcare starts with how we treat the parents and children we serve. We go above and beyond for every family, building strong, lasting relationships. We continually ask ourselves, “Would we want this for our own families?”
Urgency with Precision
Millions of families are waiting for care, and they cannot wait, therefore this is not your typical 9 to 5 job. We match their urgency with our own, delivering exceptional care without compromise. Here, speed and excellence go hand in hand.
Relentlessly Resourceful
As an ambitious startup, we adapt quickly and make the most of limited time and resources. We solve challenges with creativity to deliver results without unnecessary complexity.
Purpose with Positivity
We take our mission seriously while never losing sight of the people behind the work. Respect, kindness, memes, and coffee make us stronger as a team and better for the families we serve.
Driven to Redefine What’s Possible
We are here to make healthcare better, which means asking hard questions, challenging outdated systems, and finding smarter, more compassionate ways to deliver care.
