Make an Impact. Support the Team. Grow Your Career.
We're hiring a Part-Time Lead Field Service Technician to help maintain high-quality service, safety, and operational excellence across assigned multifamily communities. Reporting to the Operations Manager, this hands-on role combines field service work with leadership support responsibilities in emerging, remote, and developing markets.

- Respond to routine service issues and escalate complex concerns, safety matters, and personnel issues to the Operations Manager
- Fill in on service as needed due to staffing gaps, absences, business needs, launches, or high-volume periods
- Support market launches and stabilization activities, including container distribution, technician training, client onboarding support, service-quality checks, and community events
- Coordinate day-to-day with Field Service Leaders and provide operational updates and handoffs during coverage periods
- Complete minor equipment repairs and report equipment or operational issues requiring additional support
