Part-Time Office Coordinator

ATLANTA, GA  |  PINDROP HEADQUARTERS  |  ON-SITE

Looking for a flexible, part-time role where you can make a real impact and get a front-row seat to life inside a growing AI company? Ever seen The Intern? Think that… but at an AI company.

This might be the perfect role for you!

At Pindrop, we’re looking for someone to help keep our Atlanta headquarters running smoothly and make the office a place people genuinely enjoy coming to.

You’ll meet some pretty incredible people and experience all the joys of office life. Yes, that includes meetings, calendars, conference rooms, and the occasional mystery package.

But note: we’re looking for someone who takes the little things seriously.

Someone who is exceptionally responsible, ridiculously detail-oriented, and has a genuine service mindset. The kind of person who notices the coffee is running low before it’s gone, remembers that someone has a dietary restriction, and takes pride in making everyone else’s day a little easier.

Corporate experience isn’t required. You do need great judgment, a positive attitude, and the ability to own your responsibilities without someone constantly reminding you.

What You’ll Be Doing

Be the person who keeps everything running.

• Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
• Keep our office stocked with snacks, drinks, coffee, and supplies. (Yes, people take their snacks seriously.)
• Track inventory, manage orders, and stay within budget.
• Keep our meeting rooms organized, stocked, and ready for action.

Own Wednesday Lunch.

Wednesday is our main in-office day, and we provide lunch for the team. You’ll be the mastermind behind making it happen.

• Coordinate weekly lunch orders, vendors, headcounts, and dietary needs.
• Make sure food arrives on time and everything is set up beautifully.
• Handle cleanup and all the little details that make the experience great.
• Occasionally become everyone’s favorite person in the office.

Help us create a great office experience.

• Coordinate with building management, cleaning services, and other vendors.
• Help organize catering and logistics for meetings and special events.
• Manage parking access for employees and visitors.
• Keep our shared spaces welcoming, organized, and functioning.
• Spot things that need attention and take initiative to get them resolved.

Who We’re Looking For

Let’s talk about what really matters to us.

• You’re exceptionally dependable. If you say you’re going to do something, it gets done. No chasing, no reminding, no wondering.
• Details are your thing. You notice what others miss, and you genuinely enjoy making sure everything is just right.
• You have a service heart. You like helping people. Not because it’s in your job description, but because making someone’s day better makes yours better too.
• You’re proactive. You don’t wait to be told the coffee is empty, the conference room is messy, or the lunch order needs to be placed.
• You’re organized and resourceful. You can juggle multiple responsibilities, manage a budget, solve small problems independently, and know when to ask for help.
• You bring a positive attitude. You’re friendly, approachable, professional, and comfortable interacting with everyone from new employees to senior executives.

Prior experience in hospitality, customer service, administration, or office coordination is a plus, but attitude, accountability, and attention to detail matter more to us than your résumé.

The Details

• Schedule: Part-time, approximately 12+ hours per week
• Wednesdays are required: This is our primary in-office day, and we need you there to make the magic happen.
• Flexibility: Other scheduled days may vary based on office needs.

Why This Could Be a Great Opportunity

Whether you’re exploring a new field, returning to the workforce, supplementing other work, or simply want a flexible role, you’ll get exposure to how a growing AI company operates, build relationships across the organization, and develop skills that travel with you wherever your career takes you.

One Last Thing…

We’re a technology company, but this is very much a people role.

We’re looking for someone who understands that great employee experiences are often built on the smallest details.

If you’re the person who naturally takes charge of organizing the group dinner, notices when something is out of place, follows through on every commitment, and genuinely enjoys taking care of others…

We’d love to meet you.

Come see what it’s like to be part of a growing AI company. We promise it’s not all spreadsheets and meetings. 😉

Pindrop is an equal opportunity employer. We welcome applicants of all ages, backgrounds, and experience levels.
