About the Revenue team
The Revenue team drives Affirm’s top-line growth through strategic partnerships, pricing, and go-to-market execution. We acquire, retain, and expand merchant relationships across eCommerce, in-store, telesales, and the Affirm app. The team leads onboarding, relationship management, and performance optimization to help partners succeed. We deliver value-added solutions, drive adoption, and support long-term business growth by connecting merchants and consumers through Affirm’s products.
About the Role
Affirm is seeking a dynamic and passionate Partner Marketing Lead to support and coordinate co-marketing initiatives with our valued merchants across North America. You will help plan and execute strategic cross-channel marketing campaigns across onsite Marketplace placements, offsite media, affiliate, and other emerging channels. You’ll work closely with external partners and internal cross-functional teams, including Client Success, Sales, Product, Product Marketing, Growth Marketing, Brand and Creative, and Legal and Compliance, to coordinate and deliver impactful campaigns aimed at driving GMV (gross merchandise volume), brand awareness, new user acquisition, and lifetime value. You should feel comfortable working across several industries, including home, fitness, electronics, fashion, and omnichannel retail. You’re a collaborative marketer who is eager to navigate complex challenges, deliver strong execution, and build trusted relationships with marketing counterparts.
