• Support partners during discovery calls, product demonstrations, and initial sales opportunities.

• Drive co-selling initiatives to accelerate pipeline generation, deal conversion, and revenue growth.

• Implement deal registration processes and clear channel engagement guidelines.

• Conduct regular pipeline reviews and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with strategic partners.

• Coordinate joint marketing initiatives, including webinars, email campaigns, and industry events.

• Collaborate with internal Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales teams to improve partner experience and commercial execution.

• Monitor and report partner acquisition, activation, pipeline development, and revenue contribution through CRM tools.

Requirements:

• 4–7+ years of professional experience in Channel Sales, Partner Recruitment, Strategic Partnerships, or B2B SaaS Account Management, with direct exposure to the US market.

• Proven experience identifying, prospecting, negotiating, and signing new business or channel partnerships.

• Strong understanding of US channel sales models, including reseller agreements, partner margins, referral commissions, deal registration, and partner incentives.

• Experience working with ERP, cloud accounting, CRM, or business management software targeting SMB customers.

• Familiarity with ERP ecosystems such as NetSuite, Sage Intacct, QuickBooks Enterprise, Acumatica, Odoo, or similar platforms.

• Strong experience in outbound prospecting, business development, and commercial negotiations.

• Ability to engage and negotiate with C-level executives, business owners, and senior decision-makers.

• Experience managing partner onboarding, sales enablement, and partner activation initiatives.

• Strong understanding of B2B SaaS sales cycles, pipeline management, and revenue generation.

• Experience working with CRM platforms and tracking commercial performance metrics.

• Excellent presentation, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.

• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

• Native or near-native English proficiency (C2 level), with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple strategic partnerships simultaneously.

Nice to have:
