Legora is redefining how legal work gets done. Not built for lawyers, built with them. We work alongside the world’s best legal teams, who expect excellence, precision, and speed, and we hold ourselves to the same bar.
Our AI-native workspace lets legal professionals move faster, think more clearly, and operate with sharper precision. By analysing thousands of documents in minutes and powering end-to-end workflows, we cut through complexity, teams can focus on what matters: judgment, strategy, and outcomes.
2,100+ customers across 80+ countries trust us, including Cleary Gottlieb, Goodwin, Linklaters, White & Case, Dentons, and Barclays. We’ve scaled to $200M+ in ARR, with teams across Europe, North America and APAC, and continue to expand through acquisitions including Qura, Walter AI, Graceview, Cadastral, and Wexler.
We partner with world-class performers: including Aaron Judge and the New York Yankees, Ludvig Åberg (and his caddie), and campaigns featuring Jude Law.
Joining Legora means three things.
We lean in: ownership over titles, outcomes over intentions.
We fight for excellence: high standards, direct, ego-free feedback.
We grow together: as a team and with our customers.
Mission before ego. Everyone contributes. No one coasts.
If you’re driven by impact, pace, and raising the bar. This is the place.
About the role
As a Partnerships Associate, you will help build and scale one of Legora’s most important growth channels: strategic partnerships. Your focus will be on developing and activating relationships with key ecosystem partners and industry stakeholders to drive distribution and revenue growth.
This is a cross-functional role where you’ll work closely with GTM (sales), Marketing, and Legal Engineering to turn partnerships into tangible outcomes - from activation programs to closed deals.
You’ll thrive in this role if you enjoy combining relationship-building with execution, are comfortable with ambiguity, and enjoy turning ideas into structured, repeatable initiatives. The role is well suited for someone who is proactive, commercially minded, and motivated by owning initiatives end-to-end in a fast-moving environment.
What makes this role unique: you’ll work on an untapped growth channel with clear impact from day one, combining hands-on execution, cross-functional collaboration, and global relationship-building with real ownership of outcomes.
What You Will Be Doing
Identify, evaluate, and secure partnerships across ecosystem partners
Build and manage partner relationships, ensuring strong engagement and clear goals
Plan and execute partner initiatives, including pilots, webinars, and joint efforts
Work across teams to convert partnership opportunities into revenue
Represent Legora in partner interactions, including events and conferences
Contribute to improving how we build and scale partnerships
What You Bring
2+ years of experience in a faced paced and high-performance environment (e.g. scale-up, consulting, or similar)
Strong execution skills and ability to drive projects with multiple stakeholders
High ownership and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
Attention to detail with the ability to manage both strategic and operational work
Curiosity and ability to quickly understand new industries, partners, and customer needs
At Legora, you’ll have the opportunity to build strategic relationships with some of the world’s leading law firms, legal organizations, and technology partners — working on truly impactful problems at the forefront of AI and legal tech.
You’ll be part of a fast-scaling, entrepreneurial environment where your ideas matter and your growth is a priority.
As an early member of the Partnerships team, your work will be visible, meaningful, and closely connected to both our clients and our product evolution.
You’ll collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams, helping shape not just customer outcomes but how we engage and support legal professionals across the globe.
We offer a competitive salary, a high-upside equity program, and full support for relocation to our centrally located Stockholm office — designed for focus, energy, and great collaboration.
