Tatari is on a mission to revolutionize TV advertising. Founded in 2016 to help transform the antiquated world of TV advertising through the intelligent application of AI and machine learning, Tatari helps some of the world’s fastest growing brands including Chime, Calm, Tecovas, Manscaped, Saatva, and Liquid I.V., reach their customers using linear and streaming TV ads. Our platform combines sophisticated media buying with proprietary analytics to turn TV advertising into an automated, digital-like experience, enabling businesses of any size to advertise on TV.
That approach has earned Tatari broad industry recognition, including being named Best CTV AdTech Platform in the 8th annual MarTech Breakthrough Awards, as well as honors from Digiday (Best Connected TV Platform), AdExchanger (Most Innovative TV Advertising Technology), and Business Insider (Hottest AdTech Companies). Tatari has also been recognized as the Best Place to Work by Inc. Magazine. Backed by an executive team of former founders and senior leaders from companies including Shazam, TrueCar, AdapTV, LiveRail, Amazon, Google, Meta, Microsoft, and Yahoo, Tatari continues to scale rapidly as TV advertising enters its next major era.
We’re hiring a Partnerships Manager to own the day-to-day of our partner ecosystem where Tatari’s value reaches advertisers. In this role, you will own and work directly with the Head of Business Development in executing your own portfolio of partnerships, ranging from creative to measurement to channel marketing, and ensuring that our own sales and account teams know when and how to use them. This role is for someone with hands-on experience in partnership building, business development, agency, or adtech account management who wants real ownership over a partnership portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Own a portfolio of partnerships end-to-end: onboarding, keeping partners productive, tracking whether they are delivering, and making sure sales and account teams know when to use them. Prepare partner reviews and QBRs, and act as the first point of contact when something breaks and pull the correct internal team to fix it.
- Manage a portfolio of consultants, VCs, resellers, and referral partners, including onboarding, enablement, and pipeline follow-up
- Own relationships with creative partners (i.e. production studios, AI creative tools, creative agencies, etc.). Match advertisers to the right partner by budget, timeline, and category, and stay involved through delivery, track quality/turnaround/cost, and source new partners as gaps emerge.
- Own relationships with measurement partners (i.e. third-party measurement, verification, identity, data partners, etc.). Coordinate with Product and Data Science on integrations and methodology, support diligence on new partners and translate their capabilities into language Sales and clients can use.
- Build and maintain the source of truth, including enablement materials (i.e. one-pagers, decks, CRM, etc.).
- Work cross functionally to move partnerships forward, surfacing market and product feedback from partner conversations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration, Economics, or Statistics, or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years of experience in partnerships, business development, agency account management, media, or adtech, including some client or partner facing experience
- Highly organized. You track your own commitments and follow up without being asked
- Comfortable with data. Able to build a partner performance view in a spreadsheet, read a dashboard, and use numbers to make a case
- Clear writer and confident communicator, comfortable drafting partner facing and internal materials
- Able to hold your own in a technical conversation about integrations, APIs, and measurement methodology
- Comfortable with ambiguity and a small, fast moving team. Processes here are still being built, and some of them will be built by you
- Bonus: experience in TV, streaming, or video advertising; familiarity with the measurement and attribution landscape (incrementality, MMM, brand lift, clean rooms, identity resolution); agency experience; exposure to contracts and commercial terms; SQL or similar
Benefits
- Total compensation ($90,000 to $125,000 annually)
- Equity compensation
- Health insurance coverage for you and your dependents
- 401(k), FSA, and commuter benefits
- $150 monthly spending account
- $1,000 annual continued education benefit
- $500 Newbie Productivity Perk
- Unlimited PTO and sick days
- Monthly Company Wellness Day Off
- Snacks, drinks, and catered lunches at the office
- Team building events
- Hybrid RTO of 2 days per week in office
