We're looking for a compassionate Patient Services Officer (Medical Administration) who wants to do more than provide administrative support. In this role, you'll be a reassuring presence for patients and their loved ones during one of life's most challenging times.

Whether you're welcoming a patient to the clinic, helping answer questions, or ensuring their visit runs smoothly, you'll play an important part in creating a positive and supportive experience. Working closely with our clinical teams, you'll help patients feel comfortable, informed, and cared for throughout their treatment journey.

What you'll be doing

• Welcoming patients and creating a warm, positive experience at every visit
• Supporting patients with appointment bookings, updates, and enquiries
• Managing incoming calls and helping patients navigate their care journey
• Processing billing and receipting with accuracy and professionalism
• Maintaining patient records and documentation in line with privacy requirements
• Entering and updating information across clinical and administrative systems
• Assisting with the smooth day to day operation of our clinics
• Working closely with clinicians and colleagues to support outstanding patient care
• Helping create an environment where patients feel respected, valued, and supported

You will bring:

• A passion for providing exceptional customer service and patient care
• Strong communication skills and a warm, professional approach

• A collaborative mindset and willingness to support your team
• Previous administration, medical reception, healthcare, or customer service experience is highly regarded
