To succeed, you must be a highly reliable, quick-learning team player who remains resilient under pressure, possesses the physical ability to lift up to 60 pounds, and can comfortably commit to a rotating 4-day, 10-hour shift schedule (7:00 AM – 5:45 PM) that includes working weekends twice a month.

• Daily Incident Management: Monitor and manage the local ticketing queue first thing every morning, prioritizing and resolving critical hardware and software incidents ASAP to prevent operational downtime.

• System & Facility Collaboration: Perform routine account unlocks and basic troubleshooting workflows using internal platforms like WMOS. Coordinate occasionally with external vendors, the Telecomm team to support telephone equipment, and System Administrators to assist with server equipment changes.
