Why Guardian Pharmacy of Idaho Falls d/b/a Heartland Pharmacy - Idaho Falls? We’re reimagining medication management and transforming care.

Who We Are and What We’re About:

Our core focus is delivering customized medication management solutions to support healthcare organizations serving seniors and individuals with complex care needs. With our comprehensive suite of tech-enabled pharmacy services and a dedicated team of professionals committed to enriching the lives of those we serve, we are redefining how pharmacy care is delivered.

We offer an opportunity to learn and grow your career in a fast-paced, diverse, and inclusive environment. If you are looking for a challenging, team-oriented environment in which you can put your expertise to work, then this is the place for you.

Lead the team that makes it all happen.

We’re looking for an experienced, licensed Pharmacy Technician to supervise our Fulfillment Department. Someone who knows pharmacy, knows how to lead people, and genuinely enjoys being part of a team.

We’re a closed-door, long-term care pharmacy where accuracy, timing, teamwork, and consistency matter every day. Our fulfillment team works behind the scenes to make sure medications are packaged accurately, efficiently, and ready for the patients and care teams who depend on us.

We need a hands-on leader who can coach our packers, keep the team moving, solve problems, and bring consistency and enthusiasm to the floor.

If you’re an experienced pharmacy technician with leadership experience and you’re ready to lead a great team, we want to meet you.

Salary Range: $45,074-$47,840 depending on experience

What You’ll Do

• Lead, coach, and motivate fulfillment technicians and packers.
• Manage daily staffing, workflow, productivity, quality, and accuracy.
• Train new team members and ensure staff are confident in their assigned workflows.
• Keep medications moving accurately and on schedule for courier departure.
• Monitor automation and fulfillment processes and address issues quickly.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflow, efficiency, and quality.
• Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and performance support.
• Work alongside the team when needed — filling, stocking, prepacking, automation, and other fulfillment functions.
• Partner with other supervisors and departments to keep the pharmacy running smoothly.
• Lead by example through attitude, dependability, productivity, and accountability.
• Ensure compliance with applicable pharmacy laws, regulations, and company policies.

What We’re Looking For

Pharmacy Technician License is REQUIRED — this is non-negotiable.

We’re looking for someone with:

• Pharmacy experience and management/supervisory experience.
• A natural ability to lead, coach, motivate, and hold people accountable.
• A hands-on leadership style and willingness to jump in when the team needs you.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• The ability to stay organized and focused in a fast-paced environment.
• A genuine interest in building a strong, positive team culture.

The Leader We Want

You don’t have to be the loudest person in the room to be a great leader. You do need to be someone your team can count on.

You set clear expectations. You follow through. You recognize good work. You address problems directly. And when things get hectic, you help the team stay focused rather than adding to the chaos.

Most importantly, you want to be here. You want to know your team, support your people, and take pride in what you accomplish together.

• Current pharmacy technician license/registration as required by the state.
• Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) — preferred/willing to become certified within 6 months of hire
