Your first year as a therapist is the year you get to start applying everything you have learned and building the clinician you want to be. It is also the year the work becomes real, real kids, real families, real progress that you had a hand in. Finding the right place to do it really matters!
At Woven Care, we are a pediatric outpatient practice dedicated to helping children and families thrive. We have built a new grad experience around what we know matters most: engaged support, meaningful mentorship, and a team that is invested in growing together.
This is the next step in your clinical journey, and you won't be doing it alone. From day one you'll be surrounded by a team of PTs and PTAs and cross-disciplinary colleagues who love what they do and are genuinely excited to learn and grow alongside you.
Onboarding is thoughtfully designed with dedicated supervision and mentorship woven in from the start, ramping your caseload and workload expectations gradually throughout your onboarding.
Day to day, you can expect 30-60 minute one- to- one sessions to foster strong client and caregiver relationships, two weekly patient evaluation to gain hands on assessment experience and built in documentation time so your evenings and weekends are yours to recharge. Teammates can expect a productivity of 72.50% of their day.
A mentor and team that’s here for YOU
Your team is on site or readily available, meeting with you regularly in a way that is focused on your growth and where you are on your journey. From caseload questions to caregiver communication or documentation challenges, your support is by your side. Plus, with our multidisciplinary model, you’ll have opportunities to collaborate with Speech, OT, and ABA to learn from other perspectives and grow your network. You’ll never feel alone at Woven Care!
