El rol
Este rol es fundamental para garantizar que el entorno tecnológico de la planta esté completamente preparado para una implementación exitosa de SAP S/4HANA. Liderarás la preparación e integración de la Tecnología Operacional (OT) en el entorno de fábrica, conectando dispositivos del piso de producción y sistemas industriales con procesos empresariales para permitir operaciones estables, confiables y eficientes desde el diseño hasta el arranque (go-live) y la fase de estabilización (hypercare).
Responsabilidades principales
- Validar la preparación de la infraestructura OT, incluyendo redes industriales, hardware del piso de producción, escáneres, impresoras y sistemas conectados de planta necesarios para soportar la implementación de SAP S/4HANA.
- Garantizar una integración confiable de extremo a extremo entre los dispositivos OT y SAP, validando interfaces, middleware, calidad de datos, latencia y desempeño del sistema.
- Coordinar actividades técnicas de despliegue con TI, Ingeniería, Automatización y proveedores externos, asegurando alineación con hitos del proyecto como construcción, pruebas, transición (cutover) y puesta en marcha (go-live).
- Apoyar la ejecución de pruebas SIT y UAT para interfaces OT y dispositivos de planta, resolviendo problemas de integración y confirmando un desempeño robusto de los procesos de extremo a extremo en producción, almacén y calidad.
- Liderar la gestión de incidentes OT durante el go-live y la fase de hypercare, actuando como punto de escalamiento para problemas críticos en el piso de producción.
Perfil buscado
- Experiencia en OT, automatización industrial o integración de sistemas de planta.
- Sólidas habilidades en infraestructura OT y conectividad de redes industriales.
- Experiencia con interfaces SAP y resolución de problemas técnicos.
- Enfoque end-to-end y responsabilidad por resultados.
- Capacidad para trabajar en entornos dinámicos.
- Trabajo colaborativo y comunicación efectiva.
