Presales Solutions Architect - ICX Channel

Intelligence Center X is Siemens' platform for the agentic enterprise

The next wave of enterprise software isn't about writing more code — it's about giving organizations the tools to combine trusted data, AI, and applications into systems that can reason and act on their own. Intelligence Center X delivers that today, through five capabilities — an Enterprise Knowledge Graph, AI/ML, agentic application development, orchestration, and governance — that together move enterprises from static software to intelligent, autonomous systems.

For the customers we serve, that shift shows up in very concrete ways: engineers and data leaders who can finally find and trust the data buried across decades of enterprise systems; teams that go from idea to working application in days instead of quarters; and AI initiatives that move out of pilot purgatory and into production because the underlying data and governance can actually support them. Whether you're building this platform, proving its value to customers, or bringing it to market through our partner ecosystem, your work directly drives those outcomes for some of the most complex organizations in the world.

This is one of the most ambitious enterprise AI platforms in the market — built on decades of deep domain expertise across industries as varied as manufacturing, banking, insurance, financial services, and healthcare, and already running in production at real scale for organizations with some of the most demanding data and compliance requirements in the world. If you want to work at the intersection of enterprise AI, knowledge graphs, and agentic applications — with real customers and real production stakes, across nearly every major industry — this is where that work is happening.

About the Role This role is pivotal in expanding the reach and capabilities of Siemens' industrial AI platform, Intelligence Center X (ICX), through a robust and high-performing partner ecosystem. You will empower our partners to successfully position, architect, and deliver transformative industrial AI solutions using ICX, Mendix low-code development, Generative AI, and enterprise data. A core focus will be on continuous enablement, providing deep technical guidance, and fostering collaborative solution development with partners to ensure their success in bringing ICX's truly differentiated capabilities to leading companies.

What You'll Do

• Partner Enablement & Expertise Development:

    ◦ Lead the continuous technical enablement of ICX partners, equipping them with the knowledge and skills to leverage Siemens' industrial AI platform, including its core graph, ontology, machine learning, and agentic AI technology.

    ◦ Develop and deliver comprehensive technical workshops, architecture sessions, and training programs specifically tailored for the partner ecosystem. These will cover ICX capabilities, Mendix integration, Generative AI, and agentic development patterns.

    ◦ Educate partners on advanced AI architecture patterns, such as agentic AI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), knowledge graphs, and best practices for enterprise AI governance.

    ◦ Guide partners in understanding how Mendix, ICX's Graph capabilities, AI services, and enterprise data can work together to create comprehensive end-to-end customer solutions.

• Solution Architecture & Strategic Guidance for Partners:

    ◦ Collaborate closely with partners to design and architect innovative, business-relevant enterprise agentic AI use cases for their clients, leveraging the full potential of ICX, Mendix, and enterprise data.

    ◦ Provide expert technical consultation and architectural guidance to partnersthroughout their client engagements, from initial discovery and qualification to solution delivery and adoption.

    ◦ Enable partners to model a customer's domain as an enterprise ontology, build agents and machine learning that reason over it and act on it, and deliver working agentic applications that compel investment.

    ◦ Address partners' and their clients' technical questions, concerns, and competitive objections, providing clear, credible, and tailored recommendations.

• Demonstration & Proof-of-Concept Development with Partners:

    ◦ Work hand-in-hand with partners to develop compelling business and technical demonstrations and proof-of-concepts utilizing Mendix, ICX, and Generative AI, tailored to specific industry use cases.

    ◦ Showcase best practices for application governance, scalability, security, and lifecycle management within partner-developed solutions.

    ◦ Demonstrate seamless integration of ICX solutions with enterprise applications, APIs, databases, and cloud platforms, supporting partner efforts to integrate with their clients' existing IT landscapes.

• Ecosystem Growth & Channel Strategy:

    ◦ Act as a trusted technical advisor to partners, fostering strong, collaborative relationships and directly contributing to the growth and success of the ICX partner ecosystem.

    ◦ Work closely with sales teams and global ICX leaders to evolve and optimize our partner engagement model and scale our solutions effectively through the channel.

    ◦ Contribute to the ICX product roadmap by providing valuable partner feedback and insights gathered from channel engagements and market needs.
