Build, troubleshoot, and optimize data integrations using APIs, webhooks, MQTT protocols, and Mobile Device Management (MDM) tools.
Manage seamless project handoffs from pre-sales into deployment and post-launch support, acting as the ongoing technical point of contact for assigned accounts.
Train non-technical stakeholders on platform features, analyze post-deployment usage data using Excel and SQL, and collaborate with global engineering teams to resolve complex technical issues.

5 to 10 years of experience in solutions engineering, presales engineering, or technical customer success within an IoT, SaaS, or technology environment.
Strong hands-on experience with IoT hardware technologies, including RFID, BLE, and GPS, alongside front-end platform configuration skills.

Proficiency with technical tools such as Postman, Jira, Salesforce, MSSQL, CAD/visualization software, and comfort utilizing AI tools in daily workflows.
Exceptional customer-facing communication skills, with a track record of running product walkthroughs and translating technical concepts into plain language for diverse stakeholders.
Highly organized, self-directed problem solver willing and able to travel up to 50% as required for client deployments and project needs.
Bachelor's degree in a technical field (Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology) or equivalent practical experience.
Benefits:
Competitive executive base salary package aligned with market standards and candidate experience.
Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and health coverage options.
100% remote flexibility with location, supported by an international, highly collaborative team culture.
High scope and ownership over technical deployment lifecycles within an enterprise-scale software portfolio.
