Capital One’s Enterprise Learning & Development (L&D) organization is seeking an expert facilitator to independently own high-stakes enterprise learning experiences Facilitation delivery is the core of this role: you’ll adapt and deliver enterprise learning content for complex, cross-functional, and high-stakes audiences, operating autonomously in ambiguous situations. You’ll serve as a trusted facilitation partner within your program or content area, translating what you see in the room into insight that strengthens learning products, standards, and practices.
The Ideal Candidate Is…
A Trusted Facilitation Partner: You act as a trusted partner within your program or content area, leading high-stakes enterprise learning experiences.
An Expert Practitioner: You bring subject matter expertise in your assigned content area(s), dynamically adapting your delivery to complex, cross-functional, or high-stakes audiences, leading applied facilitation and performance discussions, and translating classroom insight into actionable feedback that strengthens learning products, standards, and practices.
An Autonomous, End-to-End Owner: You don’t wait for the problem to be defined for you.
