We're hiring a Lead Product Designer to own design quality across our enterprise AI platform. We operate like a startup inside NiCE — fast, scrappy, hands-on.
In our world, PMs design and prototype with Claude. Your leverage is twofold: build a strong design system that lets the product team scale, and bring deep design craft to our hardest, most complex problems. You set the bar, govern quality, and keep the experience coherent without sitting in every decision.
You'll work at the frontier of enterprise AI — agent configuration, conversation design, voice pipelines, evaluation and tracing tooling, real-time orchestration. You need to go deep on how AI tooling actually works.
