Hands-on experience building, launching, or optimizing consumer products for European markets, with a strong understanding of regional customer behaviors and market differences.
Deep knowledge of European retail customers, payment behaviors, investment habits, and the factors influencing adoption, conversion, repeat usage, retention, or assets under management.
Strong understanding of consumer product design, growth, experimentation, lifecycle engagement, and data-informed product development.
Ability to translate complex financial or technical concepts into simple, intuitive customer journeys.
Working knowledge of retail crypto and digital banking concepts, including fiat on/off-ramps, spot trading, custody, wallets, transfers, pricing, and spreads.
Demonstrated ability to work independently as a senior individual contributor, identifying opportunities, defining product solutions, and driving delivery across multiple functions.
