Pindrop is a cybersecurity company delivering continuous identity verification across voice, video, and digital interactions. Powered by the Pindrop Intelligence Network, our unified trust platform helps enterprises answer three critical questions:
Is this identity synthetic? Detect AI-generated and manipulated voice and video.
Is this identity risky? Identify fraud, suspicious behavior, and other risk signals.
Is this identity known? Authenticate identities using voice, device, behavioral, and other signals.
Pindrop brings this intelligence together across purpose-built trust engines to help organizations make informed decisions in real time — protecting customers, workforce interactions, and emerging AI-driven interactions.
Pindrop protects billions of high-risk interactions for enterprises, including leading financial institutions, insurers, and healthcare organizations. Its technology is informed by more than 8 billion real-world interactions annually and protected by 300+ patents.
Recognized by TIME as one of the 10 Most Influential Software Companies of 2026 and by Inc. for Best in Business for Innovation, Pindrop is backed by leading investors including Andreessen Horowitz, IVP, and CapitalG.
As a Principal Technical Account Manager, you will serve as the senior technical advisor and trusted partner for a portfolio of Pindrop’s largest and most strategic customers.
This is a Principal-level individual contributor role with broad ownership. You will lead the overall technical customer relationship, connecting architecture, product adoption, technical health, escalations, and long-term strategy to meaningful customer outcomes.
You’ll operate with significant autonomy, coordinating across Customer Success, Support, Product, Engineering, and Sales while also helping raise the technical and customer leadership capabilities of the broader TAM and Support organization.
You combine deep technical expertise with strong customer leadership and commercial awareness. You’re equally comfortable in an executive conversation, an architecture discussion, or a high-pressure technical escalation.
You are proactive, accountable, calm under pressure, and able to influence across teams without direct authority. You communicate complex ideas clearly, follow through on commitments, and look for opportunities to improve not only the customer experience but the broader organization.
In this role, you will become the trusted technical advisor for your assigned strategic customers and independently lead complex customer initiatives and escalations.
You’ll establish clear technical ownership across your accounts, proactively identify risks and opportunities, and deliver executive communications that are concise, actionable, and appropriate for the audience.
You’ll also strengthen the broader TAM and Support organization through mentorship, reusable knowledge, and improved technical and customer practices.
This is one of the highest-impact individual contributor roles in Pindrop’s customer organization.
You’ll work directly with some of our largest and most strategic customers, becoming the technical advisor their executives and technical leaders rely on during both critical moments and long-term planning.
The role combines deep technical problem solving, executive customer leadership, product influence, proactive strategy, and mentorship. You’ll also have the opportunity to help shape how Pindrop scales its TAM program and strategic customer experience.
Pindrop offers competitive compensation and equity, unlimited PTO, comprehensive health and welfare benefits, paid parental leave, remote-work support, professional development benefits, a competitive 401(k) match, and wellness resources.
Additional benefits include company-wide rest days, phone and internet allowances, a home office stipend, identity protection, and an Apple MacBook Pro.

We want a diverse, global team, with a broad range of experience and perspectives. If this job sounds great, but you’re not sure if you qualify, apply anyway! We carefully consider every application and will either move forward with you, find another team that might be a better fit, keep in touch for future opportunities, or thank you for your time.
At Pindrop, we view artificial intelligence as a transformative force that, when harnessed responsibly, can unlock unprecedented value for our customers, partners and society and enable and empower us to continue to deliver cutting-edge technology to combat fraud and unblur the lines between what it means to be human versus machine.
Pindrop may use AI tools to help prioritize job applications for human review. The AI tool may analyze your work experience and skills to assess fit for the role, but does not consider your name or contact details. Applications with the strongest match to job requirements are prioritized for human review; not all applications may be individually reviewed.
Here at Pindrop, it is our mission to create and maintain a diverse and inclusive work environment. As an equal opportunity employer, all qualified applicants receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, age, religion, sex, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, national origin, genetic information, disability, marital and/or veteran status.
