Scheduled Workflow, Materials, and Continuous Improvement

- Identifies opportunities to gang jobs together, reduce paper or material changes, improve equipment utilization, reduce waste and rework, and improve workflow. Provides recommendations to the Master Scheduler and department leaders when process or schedule improvements may be appropriate.
- Selects and prepares appropriate substrates, consumables, tooling, and finishing materials in accordance with job requirements and established procedures. Communicates job status, production progress, capacity, material needs, delays, and schedule risks to appropriate leaders.

- Leads by example in following production schedules, meeting quality and productivity expectations, maintaining professional conduct, and communicating operational needs. Continues developing the knowledge and leadership skills necessary to independently train and support students across the full scope of the assigned pod.
