Many of the discharged patients have come back to visit the unit as they are genuinely appreciative of the care they received. By joining this team as a Patient Care Nurse Assistant (PCNA), you will coordinate with fellow caregivers to create a welcoming, healing, and warm environment for patients. Some of your day-to-day responsibilities will include reviewing vitals and patient care goals for the day as well as assisting patients with activities of daily living.
