Qualification
Bachelor or Master of Science or Engineering related filed.
0-2 years’ experience IC Pre-assembly Process or Pre-assembly Innovation.
Strong background in Pre-assembly Project Management and Risk Assessment, Advanced Product Quality Program.
Effective interpersonal, systematic problem solving and analytical skills, approach and the ability to convey technical and business matters in a clear logical manner.
Process and quality control / Quality Management System / Process Audit.
Good communication skill in English both written and verbal.
Good teamwork on both informal and formal style.
Use of Statistical Tools (Minitab,JMP), strong problem solving and analytical skill with logical and systematic thinking
Expert in technical skill of assembly processes to sustaining and develop operation under pressure
