Key Responsibilities 岗位职责
1. Lead new optical module product introduction and drive the transition from product design to stable mass production.
负责光模块新产品导入，推动产品从研发设计阶段顺利转入稳定量产。
2. Develop, validate, and optimize manufacturing processes and critical process parameters to ensure product quality, yield, and production efficiency.
建立、验证并优化生产工艺及关键工艺参数，提升产品质量、良率和生产效率。
3. Collaborate with R&D and manufacturing partners to conduct DFM reviews, evaluate manufacturing readiness, and support process development for new products and technologies.
与研发团队及制造合作伙伴协作开展DFM评审，评估制造可行性，并支持新产品及新技术的工艺开发。
4. Lead process improvement and failure analysis activities using engineering methodologies and statistical tools to resolve manufacturing and reliability issues.
运用工程方法和统计分析工具主导工艺优化与失效分析，解决生产及可靠性问题。
5. Provide technical support during NPI and mass production, including engineering changes, supplier alignment, and on-site manufacturing issue resolution.
在NPI及量产阶段提供技术支持，包括工程变更管理、供应商协同及现场制造问题解决。
6. Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on schedule while continuously improving manufacturing capability, product performance, and cost competitiveness.
与跨部门团队紧密合作，确保项目按时交付，并持续提升制造能力、产品性能和成本竞争力。
Skills & Qualifications 岗位要求
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Optical Engineering, Optoelectronics, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field, with at least 5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, industrial engineering, or quality engineering within the optical module, optical component, or EDFA industry.
光学工程、光电工程、电子工程、机械工程或相关专业本科及以上学历，具备5年以上光模块、光器件或EDFA行业制造工程、工业工程或质量工程经验。
• Strong knowledge of high-speed optical transceiver technologies, including SFP, QSFP-DD, OSFP, CFP, and optical modules up to 1.6T, with a solid understanding of product specifications and manufacturing processes.
熟悉高速光模块技术，包括SFP、QSFP-DD、OSFP、CFP等封装形式以及100G/200G/400G/800G/1.6T产品，深入了解相关产品规格及制造工艺。
• Hands-on experience in optical coupling, packaging, assembly, and testing processes, including active alignment, optical path alignment, chip packaging, die/wire bonding, laser welding, fiber splicing, and manufacturing troubleshooting.
具备光学耦合、封装、组装及测试工艺经验，包括主动耦合（AA）、光路校准、芯片封装、固晶、引线键合、激光焊接、光纤熔接及生产异常分析与解决能力。
• Demonstrated experience in driving products from design through NPI to mass production, with strong process optimization capabilities and proficiency in using DOE to improve yield and manufacturing performance.
具备产品从研发设计、NPI到量产导入的完整项目经验，能够运用DOE等方法进行工艺优化，持续提升良率和制造效率。
• Fluent in spoken and written English and familiar with product lifecycle management systems (e.g., Agile); strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
具备良好的中英文沟通能力，熟悉产品生命周期管理系统（如Agile），拥有较强的跨部门沟通与协作能力。
