ANA is headquartered in Henderson, Nevada with locations in Cypress, California and Spartanburg, South Carolina. ANA is growing and scaling and we are seeking a Process Engineer II in an onsite position in Spartanburg, South Carolina. As a Process Engineer II, you will be responsible for developing, launching, and continuously improving assembly processes for generators, hybrid power systems, and compressors. Strong focus on post-launch optimization, BOM/SOP improvement, and collaboration with Industrial Engineering.
The position is fully onsite, and the work schedule is weekdays from 8:00 AM-5:00 PM.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Develop and launch assembly processes, workflows, and line layouts
- Define standard work, cycle times, and assembly sequencing
- Lead process validation activities, including PFMEA and Control Plans
- Drive post-launch process improvements (cycle time, yield, downtime, throughput)
- Drive and Collaborate with Industrial Engineering on:
- Line balancing & labor optimization
- Ergonomics and workstation design
- Continuously improve BOMs (eBOM → mBOM alignment) and SOPs
- Support assembly of generators, hybrid systems (ESS/battery), and compressors
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement shop-floor driven solutions
- Support and implement engineering changes (ECO/ECN)
- Develop and deliver operator training; maintain skills/certification tracking
- Other duties as assigned
