At Moss, we give finance professionals the power to automate their day-to-day and make forward-thinking decisions.
Our culture is what makes that possible: we play to win, we obsess over quality, and we win as One Moss, and it works. Moss closed a €35 million Series C in August 2026, crossing a €1 billion valuation, and became one of Europe's fintech unicorns. Join us for what's next.
Our Product Operations team is seeking a Product AI Engineer. Working closely with the Senior Product Operations Manager, you'll take concepts and turn them into working custom AI and LLM applications, automations, integrations and tools for our internal teams.
Your responsibilities:
Build purpose-built AI agents for specific product processes: you’ll receive a clear brief (e.g. building a VoC agent, automating a synthesis workflow, etc.) and your job is to make it the best possible version: reliable, robust and built to run at scale without supervision.
Own the agents you ship: connect the right data sources, design the prompts, validate the outputs, and ensure each system runs reliably across central processes – not a quick hack, but something deeply integrated to our operational workflows, and that the team can depend on.
Administer and maintain the product team's shared tooling platforms, keeping them configured, documented and reliable so the team can depend on them.
About you
Proven experience building automations or integrations using no-code/low-code platforms such as n8n, Make or Zapier.
Working grasp of REST APIs, webhooks and JSON: you can wire systems together and debug a failing integration.
You've integrated an LLM API into organisational workflows at scale, not just experimented locally, but built something that central processes can actually depend on.
Given a clear direction, you move fast and deliver without constant oversight.
You are fluent in English (German is a plus).
In addition, here are the skills and attributes we are looking for:
Builder mindset: you get energised by the build, rather than the scope-definition or the brief-writing.
Low ego, high output: you’re not here to define the strategy, you’re here to execute it brilliantly. You don’t need to own the brief to care deeply about the result.
Genuinely excited by AI: you want to build with it, not just talk about it. You follow what's possible, have opinions on what works and bring that curiosity to the job every day.
Curiosity: you actively explore new tools and approaches and can pick up a new platform quickly when the work calls for it.
Reliability: when you own something, it stays owned: you document as you go and flag blockers early. What you build works at scale, and keeps working when you’re not around.
