Strong portfolio demonstrating product and UX design thinking, including the design process and rationale behind solutions, rather than visual polish alone.

Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design fundamentals.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain design decisions and incorporate constructive feedback.
Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and collaborate effectively in an asynchronous environment.

Recent graduates, bootcamp graduates, self-taught designers, and candidates at other stages of their design careers are welcome to apply when supported by a compelling portfolio.
Fully remote work.
Opportunity to work within a distributed, remote-first product team.
Direct collaboration with product, engineering, and operations stakeholders.
Mentorship combined with meaningful design ownership.
Exposure to the full product design lifecycle, from discovery through implementation.
Opportunity to contribute to and develop a scalable Figma-based design system.
Experience designing solutions for complex B2B and workforce-management workflows.
Flexible collaboration across an international environment.
