Siemens Digital Industries Software is a leading provider of solutions for digital innovation and transformation. Our portfolio includes product lifecycle management, electronic design automation, low-code application development, and enterprise software solutions that help companies accelerate innovation and create lasting value. At Mendix, we empower organizations to build, deploy, and govern modern applications using our low-code platform. With the resources of a large company and the innovation of a software leader, we create solutions that enable our customers to achieve more.
Join the Cloud Unit within Mendix R&D, helping customers deploy, operate, and govern applications and platform environments. We make complex cloud capabilities, administration, and integrations easier to use. You'll help shape a new agentic platform, working with product managers, technical leads, and developers to frame problems, validate ideas, and deliver well-crafted experiences, including interactions between people and AI agents. AI is central to what we build and how we work. We value strong UX and UI craft through clear thinking, communication, rapid prototyping, and attention to the implemented experience, not just polished design files.
We are Siemens:
At Siemens Software, flexibility is how we work—hybrid by default, built on trust and autonomy. Together, 30,000 people across more than 200 countries build technology that shapes the real world.
You'll grow through real projects, strong technical peers, and global mobility, backed by the scale and benefits of an industrial software leader. We're committed to equality and inclusion, and we hire based on merit, skills, and impact. Bring your curiosity and creativity and help us shape tomorrow!
The salary range for this position is €60,000- €75,000 and this role is eligible to earn incentive compensation. The actual compensation offered is based on the successful candidate's job-related skills, experience, and relevant education/training. Siemens offers health and wellness benefits to employees; you can access the benefits available in your country via the link: https://jobs.sw.siemens.com/benefits/
We are committed to creating an inclusive workplace where everyone can bring their authentic self to work. We welcome applications from all backgrounds and experiences. We believe in building a diverse workforce that reflects the communities we serve. Siemens is an Equal Opportunity Employer and does not discriminate based on race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, or any other protected characteristic. We will ensure that individuals with disabilities are provided reasonable accommodation to participate in the job application or interview process, to perform essential job functions, and to receive other benefits and privileges of employment. Please contact us to request accommodation.
You'll join a design team working across multiple product and development teams. We use Figma and AI-assisted tools, but specific tools are not a checklist. Functional prototyping is expected; production coding is not. Hybrid arrangements are agreed within the team.
Show how you think, collaborate, and learn, from problem framing to testing and delivery. Include work-in-progress artefacts, prototypes, and how findings changed your designs. Explain your contribution, trade-offs, and outcomes where available. We value an honest view of your process over a polished sales presentation.
