**Overlap** builds video marketing AI agents for media companies to automate their clipping and posting. We work with some of the world’s largest media companies and thousands of creators.
**The Role**: We're seeking a **Product Engineer** to join our team and play a crucial role in shaping the future of Overlap. As a key member of our engineering team, you'll have the opportunity to work across our entire tech stack.
**Responsibilities**:
* Collaborate closely with the founding team to define and implement product features
* Develop and maintain our web app (Next JS Frontend, Python Backend)
* Help optimize and maintain our Google Cloud infrastructure
* Help with product design and development
**Required Requirements**
* Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment and wear multiple hats
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
* Ready and willing to go above-and-beyond
* Experience designing and deploying web apps
* **US Citizen, Willing to work In-Person in SF**
**Preferred**:
* Proficiency in agentic programming — success in the role requires excellence in quality _and_ speed
* Experience building 0→1
* Experience with Google Cloud Platform services, especially Firebase and Kubernetes
* Knowledge of AI and machine learning technologies
* Experience with Figma
