Most health plans and third-party administrators (TPAs) still operate on outdated legacy technology that’s slow, error-prone and costly. **About the Role**
We're looking for a **Product Engineer (Full Stack)** who thrives on building new products from zero to one. You'll own entire features end-to-end: from understanding customer needs, to designing the solution, to shipping and iterating. **This is an in-person role in our San Francisco office (4 days per week).**
**What You'll Do**
* Build across our full stack and deploy new features end-to-end by writing high-quality Python and front-end Next.js typescript code
* Ship to production daily and see your code directly impact how health plans operate and how members experience healthcare
* Tackle exciting projects like:
* Build our AI-powered claims adjudication engine that catches billing errors human reviewers miss
* Create fast, efficient money movement features and financial infrastructure only seen in fintech before
* Develop self-serve admin tools for our customers that turn complex insurance operations into simple workflows
* Improve our in-app member experience to drive engagement and outcomes
**Qualifications**
* **Experience:** 3+ years as a full-stack engineer
* **Skills:** strong proficiency in Python and front-end Next.js typescript code, with proven ability to ship high-quality code in production environments
* **Bonus points for:** healthtech or fintech/payments experience, and early-stage startup experience (with a track record of shipping features daily)
