5-6+ years of product management experience with a deep understanding of the product lifecycle.
Strong domain expertise and foundational systems thinking (or operations-adjacent expertise), understanding day-to-day operational considerations and implications of execution.
An 'owner' and 'driver' mindset – biased toward action and getting things done.
Drive for simplicity & elegance – finding elegant, simplifying solutions to complex challenges.
A high-quality bar for contributions.
Comfort & skill with ambiguity - solving ambiguous problems with first principles and structured thinking.
Strong written and verbal communication.
Fluency with data and experience working on data-heavy or ML/AI products.
