The Local Product Manager (with local assets) is a hands-on product role responsible for owning and evolving one or more country-specific digital products. Acting as a Feature Owner, this role drives end-to-end product delivery in collaboration with a dedicated local squad, ensuring that business needs are translated into user-focused, high-performing digital experiences.🚀 Your next challenge
Role Purpose: Supports Pluxee success on the market through product innovation and stability, strengthening our product proposition on all 3 stakeholders: users, clients and merchants.
Business Responsibilities: from scoping new functionalities to defining requirements, liaising with all involved teams for development and go to market, measuring results both in terms of product KPIs and overall business results.

Certifications Requirements:
Certification in Business Analysis or equivalent preferred.
Education Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Product Management, or a related field.
Master’s degree preferred.
Work Experience Requirements:
5 years of experience in product-centric environments (strongly KPI-driven). Preferred at least brief experience in B2B contexts, with digital or digitalized products and assets.
Languages:
Italian Native, English Fluent

📍 Your location
Milano (Hybrid)
The gross annual base salary for this position starts from €45.000,00. In addition, the compensation package includes a variable component in the form of a performance-related bonus. The overall compensation level may vary depending on the candidate’s experience and skills, based on objective criteria and in line with the company’s Total Reward policies.
The package also includes key company benefits, such as meal vouchers, welfare programs, flexible working arrangements and smart working, as well as supplementary accident insurance and life coverage.
Employment will be governed by the National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL) "Turismo - Pubblici Esercizi", between Level 2 and Level 1.
