Your Main Tasks and Responsibilities
Lead technology transfer and localize global solutions for regional market requirements.
Define regional product strategy through market analysis, customer insights, and business planning.
Drive commercial launches by coordinating cross-functional teams and go-to-market readiness.
Enable sales success through training, pricing strategies, technical support, and sales tools.
Act as the application expert, gathering customer feedback and translating insights into product improvements.
To succeed in this role, you will need
A self-starter attitude with strong communication skills and a solid understanding of municipal, industrial water and wastewater treatment or similar technical solutions.
Proven experience and expertise working with granular filtration products.
Experience process engineering, project management, market-oriented business/product development and international work within a water treatment sector.
Ideally experience from Global Product Management, alternatively local product portfolio management, global/local business development, sales management or similar.
Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization.
Excellent written & verbal communication skills in English.
Willingness to travel internationally.

The role is based in Europe, working from one of the many Sulzer offices, preferably located in Spain, Italy, Germany or the UK
