Stakeholder Support: Act as a primary point of contact for routine stakeholder inquiries and support requests, ensuring data quality issues are triaged and resolved efficiently.
Product Documentation: Create and maintain high-quality product documentation, such as data dictionaries and user guides to ensure clarity and alignment.
Analytical Support: Partner with data analysts and business leaders to elicit requirements for small-to-medium enhancements and transform them into executable vision.
Data Quality & Monitoring: Monitor data product health, identify risks, and coordinate with Data Reliability Engineering (DRE) to resolve data incidents and manage backfills.
Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with Engineering, Data Science, and Governance teams to ensure content data products are reliable and meet business needs.
Basic Qualifications
Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of product management experience, or relevant experience in data platforms or analytics-heavy roles.
