Job Description
We are Visa's Client Experience Billing team, responsible for the systems and experiences that support the billing of billions of dollars annually. In addition to customer-facing experiences, we manage a suite of internal products that enable pricing configuration, incentive management, billing operations, reporting, and financial transparency across the organization.
We are seeking a Product Analyst to help manage and enhance our internal billing platforms. This role will focus on partnering with business and technology teams to improve the tools that support pricing, incentives, reporting, and billing operations.
Responsibilities
Support product management activities for Visa's internal billing platforms, including pricing, incentives, reporting, and operational tools.
Gather and document business requirements from Finance, Revenue Operations, Product, Strategy, and Technology stakeholders.
Analyze existing processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, automation, data quality, and user experience.
Work closely with engineering teams to define requirements, create user stories, and support backlog prioritization.
Develop a deep understanding of Visa's pricing and incentive processes and the systems that support them.
Help define product strategy and roadmaps for internal billing capabilities.
Coordinate testing, validation, and release activities for new features and enhancements.
Partner with reporting and analytics teams to understand data needs and improve reporting capabilities.
Measure adoption and effectiveness of internal tools and recommend improvements based on user feedback and operational metrics.
Facilitate communication between business stakeholders, technology teams, and leadership to ensure alignment on product goals and delivery timelines.
Support documentation, training materials, and change management activities for new functionality.
Monitor production issues, identify root causes, and partner with technology teams to drive resolution and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Qualifications
5+ years of experience and Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Economics, Business, Finance, or a related field; or 2+ years of experience with a Master's degree.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex business requirements into product solutions.
Experience gathering requirements, creating user stories, and working with Agile product development teams.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work across technical and non-technical teams.
Ability to manage multiple initiatives and prioritize competing demands in a fast-paced environment.
Curious mindset with a passion for improving processes, systems, and user experiences.
Experience working with data analysis and reporting tools.
Understanding of financial systems, pricing operations, incentive management, billing systems, or revenue operations is a plus.
Experience working with enterprise platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, or similar systems is a plus.
Fluent in AI technologies such as Claude code or MS Co-Pilot
Fintech, payments, or financial services experience is preferred.
