Who we are:
Nitra's mission is to build a more efficient healthcare system and the technology that makes it possible. Our goal is to provide an ecosystem of fintech and software solutions that help doctors better manage their practices, so they can have time back to focus on what matters to them most.
We operate with urgency, intensity, and ambition. The bar is high because the opportunity is massive. We expect excellence, ownership, and intellectual rigor from every team member. We move fast, make bold decisions, and hold ourselves accountable to results. At the same time, we believe great companies are built on trust and respect. Every voice matters. Every contribution counts. When we win, we win together.
We are scaling rapidly and on a clear trajectory toward becoming a unicorn this year — and beyond. Our growth is not accidental; it’s the result of disciplined execution, relentless focus, and a team that refuses to settle. We are building a category-defining company, and we’re looking for people who want to do the most meaningful work of their careers.
If you want comfort, this isn’t the place.
If you want impact, ownership, and the chance to help build a generational fintech company, welcome.
Nitra was created by unicorn founders who have successfully scaled to thousands of customers and exited $1B+ public offerings. They are joined by an ambitious and experienced team from American Express, Citi, PayPal, Capsule, Plaid, Bloomberg, Meta, Facebook, and Mastercard. The team is backed by some of the world’s leading VCs (Andreessen Horowitz, NEA, etc.) and is supported by an expert group of advisors including the cofounders of Square and Xendit, executives from Intuit, former Governors, White House senior staffers, and a co-founder of CityMD.
Nitra maintains a hybrid work policy, with team members working from the office four days per week and Wednesdays designated as a work-from-home day.
We're looking for:
We’re hiring our first PM dedicated to the supply side of NitraMart. You’ll own everything that gets products from our vendors onto the marketplace and into a practice’s hands: vendor onboarding and tools, inventory data, shipping and fulfillment rules, returns, catalog data quality, and the compliance checks that control who can buy what.
This is a hands-on role in a regulated, operationally heavy space. You’ll work closely with our engineering team in Taiwan and our US Ops, Merchandising, Sales and Marketing teams.
Your responsibilities will include:
-
Own the roadmap for vendor tooling. That starts with our internal product admin portal and grows into a self-serve portal for external vendors.
-
Build live inventory and backorder feeds from vendors so practices see accurate availability before they order.
-
Define order routing, per-vendor shipping rules, and return and cancellation flows that work across vendors with different policies.
-
Raise catalog data quality: units of measure, product variants and equivalents, categories, and product content.
-
Own compliance gating: license verification, Rx application and approval flows, and state-level product restrictions.
-
Set up vendor performance tracking (fill rate, out-of-stocks, return rate, fulfillment time) and use it to make decisions.
-
Write clear PRDs, prioritize with engineering, and keep work moving across time zones.
-
Work with Ops and Merchandising: they decide what we sell and at what price, and you build the tools and data that make it run.
You have:
-
4+ years of product management experience, including time on a marketplace, e-commerce, distribution or supply chain product.
-
Experience with catalog or product data (PIM, product feeds, taxonomy) and vendor or supplier integrations.
-
Comfort with operationally complex problems where policies, edge cases and partners differ case by case.
-
Strong written communication. You can write a spec an offshore engineering team can build from without a meeting.
-
Analytical skills: you can pull your own data and turn it into decisions.
-
Willingness to overlap with Taiwan working hours.
Nice to have:
-
Experience with medical, pharmaceutical or other regulated products (licensing, Rx, state restrictions).
-
Background in healthcare distribution, B2B procurement or dropship marketplaces.
-
Experience building vendor-facing portals or self-serve tools.
