What You’ll Do

- Develop deep knowledge of assigned applications and become a trusted subject-matter expert for internal teams.
- Work with Compliance, Operations, Support, technical writers, and other stakeholders to ensure product enhancements meet business and customer needs.
- Review customer-facing documentation to ensure product functionality is communicated clearly and accurately.
- Occasionally support product demonstrations and conversations with customers, prospects, sales teams, or user groups.
- Support product testing and validation as needed.
- Manage multiple priorities while communicating progress, risks, decisions, and changing requirements to stakeholders.
What We’re Looking For
