We’re looking for a Product Owner to join our product team at a pivotal moment. You’ll start by owning a strategic internal infrastructure initiative, working hand-in-hand with engineering on the platform that powers our communications products. As that initiative matures, you’ll move on to bringing AI-powered features into our customer-facing B2B / B2B2C products.
This is not a “manage the backlog” role. You’ll set direction, make hard calls on scope, and partner closely with engineering, design, and leadership to ship products that move the business.
Phase 1 — Platform & Infrastructure
Phase 2 — AI Product Features
