Top Performers Don’t Job Hunt. They Upgrade.

You’re already good at what you do?
Your customers trust you!
You know how to sell!

So, here’s the real question: Are you being given the platform your talent deserves?

At Capital Chevrolet Buick GMC we don’t believe top performers should be capped, micromanaged, or boxed into outdated pay plans. We’ve built something different and if you’re even slightly curious, this might be worth a conversation.

Why High Performers Choose Capital …

Our Dealership has been serving Calgary & area since 1976, but the real advantage is our new environment:

• 300+ vehicles in stock all makes, all models, real variety that sells
• A Dealership that feels more like a high-growth startup than a traditional showroom
• Modern Leadership that backs your ambition instead of slowing it down
• A team culture built on trust, accountability, and winning together
• Highly competitive pay structure with additional bonus to performing product specialists

This role is for you if:

• You’re already performing — but feel capped where you are
• You want your effort to directly reflect in your earnings
• You thrive in high-energy, people-first environments
• You’re competitive, driven, and not interested in “average”
• You might be doing well now… but know you’re capable of more

Auto sales experience is an asset, but we also value proven closers from retail, real estate, and other high-performance sales environments.

What’s In It for You (The Capital Advantage)

Not Actively Looking? That’s Fine.

Most of our best people weren’t either.

If you’re happy where you are, amazing.

If you’re curious about what else is possible lets talk! Capital Chevrolet Buick GMC isn’t just a dealership. It’s a launchpad.
