We are the people who give possibilities purpose
BD is one of the largest global medical technology companies in the world. Advancing the world of health™ is our Purpose, and it’s no small feat. It takes the imagination and passion of all of us—from design and engineering to the manufacturing and marketing of our billions of MedTech products per year—to look at the impossible and find transformative solutions that turn dreams into possibilities.

You understand the pressures clinicians face every day. Now use that experience to help hospitals implement technology that improves medication safety and workflow efficiency.
From supporting major hospital automation projects to showcasing the capabilities of BD Pyxis™, you'll play a pivotal role in helping customers improve efficiency, enhance medication safety and drive better outcomes for both clinicians and patients. If you enjoy combining technical expertise, customer engagement and commercial impact, this is an opportunity to make your mark with a global healthcare leader.
At BD, possibility isn't an idea. It's what we do. We are the Makers of Possible.
As a Product Specialist within our Medication Management Solutions (MMS) business, you'll be the subject matter expert for our BD Pyxis™ portfolio, partnering closely with Account Managers, customers and internal stakeholders to deliver innovative automated dispensing solutions across Australia and New Zealand.
This is a highly visible role where you'll support both existing and prospective customers, demonstrate the value of our technology, provide product expertise throughout the sales process and help drive growth across the portfolio. With regular travel and customer engagement, you'll spend time understanding healthcare challenges firsthand and helping hospitals realise the full value of our solutions.
As the product expert for BD Pyxis™, you'll work closely with healthcare providers and internal teams to support the successful adoption and growth of our automated dispensing solutions. From customer presentations and product demonstrations through to training, validations and commercial support, no two days will look the same.
You're a relationship builder who enjoys engaging with customers, understanding their challenges and demonstrating how technology can improve healthcare delivery. You're confident presenting to stakeholders, comfortable working autonomously and motivated by helping customers achieve meaningful outcomes.
At BD, we're committed to helping our people build meaningful careers. We believe development happens through experiences, opportunities and internal mobility, which is why many of our roles are filled by associates who have grown their careers within the organisation.
When you join BD, you'll gain exposure to innovative technologies, talented colleagues and opportunities to expand your skills across functions, business units and geographies. Whether you're looking to deepen your expertise, broaden your commercial experience or pursue future leadership opportunities, we'll support you every step of the way.
If you're passionate about healthcare technology and enjoy helping customers unlock the value of innovative solutions, we'd love to hear from you.
Apply today and join BD as we continue advancing the world of health™.
