The Role:
Responsible for hands-on production support and the integration of mechanical and software solutions within a manufacturing environment. This role focuses on troubleshooting systems in real time, building and refining prototypes, and deploying practical solutions to improve quality, performance, and reliability.
The position emphasizes direct engagement with equipment and processes, driving continuous improvement through root-cause analysis, rapid iteration, and scalable design. Success requires strong technical versatility, a hands-on approach to problem solving, and the ability to translate concepts into robust, production-ready systems.

As required by the equal pay and transparency acts, the expected base salary for this position is: $70K to $90k. Expected on-target earnings: $81K to $105K.
The expected pay is determined based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, depth of experience in the practice area. Employees are eligible to participate in Hitachi Vantara’s bonus/variable/commission pay programs, where applicable, and are subject to the program’s conditions and restrictions.
