Program Administrator, CREOG Programs and Operations

The Program Administrator, CREOG Programs & Operations serves as a key liaison between CREOG (Council on Resident Education in Obstetrics and Gynecology) and OB-GYN residency programs nationwide. This role supports CREOG community engagement, communications, and operational execution of CREOG projects and initiatives. The Program Administrator plays a critical role in supporting the mission of CREOG, enhancing the membership experience for residency program leaders, and supporting the successful delivery of CREOG meetings, communications, and strategic projects. 

Note: This position is considered Hybrid and will need to commute to ACOG's office located in Washington, D.C.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Membership Engagement Support 

• Serve as the primary point of contact for OB-GYN residency program leaders inquiries, including directors and managers. 
• Welcome and orient new residency program leaders, ensuring a smooth transition into ACOG/CREOG engagement. 
• Assist residency programs with ACOG membership setup, troubleshooting, and ongoing support. 
• Manage incoming inquiries to the CREOG team, providing timely and high-quality customer service. 
• Maintain and ensure accuracy of residency program records within ACOG’s membership database (NetForum), including routine audits and updates. 

Communications Support 

• Assist with the development and distribution of CREOG communications. 
• Coordinate content collection and help ensure timely delivery of communications to target audiences. 
• Support consistency in messaging and branding across CREOG communications. 

Meetings Coordination 

• Provide logistical and administrative support to CREOG program managers for CREOG meetings, committees, and events. 
• Assist with CREOG scheduling, calendar management, and meeting logistics. 

Website & Digital Content Management 

• Support the development and ongoing maintenance of the CREOG website, including participation in new website build initiatives. 
• Ensure website content, resources, and program information meet ACOG copy editing and branding guidelines; support execution of desired CREOG website updates  
• Monitor and report on website analytics to inform improvements and user engagement strategies. 
• Maintain the CREOG Clearinghouse, ensuring resources are current, accessible, and properly categorized. 

Project & Program Support 

• Contribute to CREOG projects and initiatives through coordination and administrative support. 
• Assist with survey development, distribution, and response tracking. 
• Support data collection, management, and basic analysis for program evaluation and reporting.

• Technical Proficiency: 
  • Experience with CRM or association management systems (e.g., NetForum preferred)
  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) for website updates
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret basic data and generate reports (e.g., website analytics, survey results). 
• Project Coordination: Ability to support multiple projects, track progress, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. 
• Adaptability: Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with evolving priorities. 

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree required (focus in healthcare administration, communications, public health, or a related field preferred). 
• 2–4 years of relevant professional experience in program coordination, membership services, communications, or operations. 
• Experience working in a healthcare, medical education, or association environment preferred.
