Dexis is seeking a Program Manager to provide strategic leadership and oversight for a U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Latin America & Caribbean District program supporting project management and technical support services across Central and South America. The program will support USACE's oversight of large- and small-scale capital infrastructure programs, including critical public works, disaster recovery, national security cooperation, and strategic infrastructure initiatives.
The Program Manager will lead a multidisciplinary team supporting program and project management, project controls, acquisition and contract management, and specialized technical services. The position requires senior-level leadership in a high-pressure environment characterized by multiple concurrent priorities, compressed timelines, evolving funding and operational requirements, and complex international operating conditions.
The ideal candidate brings extensive experience managing large-scale, complex U.S. Government programs and portfolios exceeding $1 billion, with demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and oversee complex infrastructure programs. Direct USACE project management experience and experience managing programs in Central and South America are highly desired. This position is contingent upon award.
