Project Leader Quality
What will you be doing?
As Project Leader Quality, you will coordinate multidisciplinary Quality Circles that address significant and recurring product quality and safety issues. You will bring together the right disciplines, establish clear ownership and guide teams through a structured, fact-based problem-solving process.
You will translate complex technical and operational information into clear, evidence-based insights for stakeholders and leadership. By providing transparent reporting, identifying risks and removing blockers, you will support timely decisions and promote a proactive, preventive and first-time-right quality mindset.

You will work across the Distribution domain and collaborate closely with Quality & Continuous Improvement, Corporate Quality, other domains and enabling functions. The role connects multidisciplinary teams around shared quality priorities and balances customer needs with business interests.

This position offers a competitive salary range of € 4.936,73 to € 6.699,85 gross per month (excluding 8% holiday allowance). Through exceeding performance expectations, you even have the possibility to grow outside this scale.
