Ledcor Industrial is more than a contractor—we’re a powerhouse delivering fully integrated construction and maintenance solutions across some of Canada’s largest and most complex industrial projects. From early planning through execution and close-out, we bring projects to life with unmatched expertise and a True Blue commitment to excellence.
As a Scheduler / Planner, you will play a critical role in supporting the successful delivery of large-scale industrial projects by developing, maintaining, and analyzing integrated construction schedules. Working closely with Project Managers, Superintendents, Engineers, and Field Leadership, you will ensure work is planned, sequenced, and executed safely, efficiently, and in alignment with contractual milestones.
Ledcor’s self-performing model—executing up to 90% of work in-house—provides planners with deep visibility into construction logic and real-time field progress across piping, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation & controls, structural steel, concrete, underground utilities, civil works, scaffolding, and commissioning/startup.
Our industrial projects range from $50M to $1B+, offering planners exposure to complex phasing, multi-disciplinary sequencing, and long-term execution strategies. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive on turning plans into executable schedules, supporting decision-making, and driving predictable project outcomes.
At Ledcor, planning is not just a support function—it’s a core driver of success. You’ll join a team that values collaboration, accountability, and pride in building the future.
If you’re ready to shape how work is executed and make a measurable impact, your next opportunity starts here.
