Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
Managing the team of Project & Services Specialist staff, you will oversee your Regional SAP projects, services process controls, which includes defining and managing SAP Project & Services WBS structure, schedule, and cost baseline and applying control plans to achieve continuous process / data compliance.
Manage and develop relationships with regional functional organizations to ensure SAP reports and associated process is sufficient to support operational excellence.
Support ITO on dictating regional SAP guidance to ensure proposals are being deliver according to booking criteria and policies.
Perform project release reviews and project baselines in SAP on all project in the region to ensure SAP Project WBS structure, schedule, control points, cost and revenue plans are entered properly and consistent with the defined Global processes and guidelines
Ensure SAP Project process and data compliance is maintained by Project Managers and Project Coordinators to ensure Business Reports offer sufficient value in driving Project OTR excellence, including revenue, cost productivity, VTW, cash flow & contribution margin
Train and mentor Project Managers and Project / Service Coordinators in the use of SAP, tools and processes and business/QMS requirements
Build / maintain regional and functional control plans that allow - project and process KPI’s to detect defects in operational performance, and process compliance
Ensure regional project templates, control plans, process changes, and financial reports adhere to a standard of global commonality to achieve minimum maintenance efforts
Define, implement and communicate Sustainable Productivity opportunities across the Global Projects business
Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience. Explains information; developing skills to bring team members to consensus around topics within field. Conveys performance expectations and may handle sensitive issues.
Required Qualifications
- For roles outside of the USA- This role requires advanced experience in the Project Management & Processes and Tools. Knowledge level is comparable to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college ( or a high school diploma with relevant experience).
- For roles in USA - Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 6 years of experience in Job Family Group(s)/Function(s)).
- SAP Domain expert

- Strong oral and written communication skills. Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems. Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs. Established project management skills.

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $100,000.00 and $166,700.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set.
Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.
